Slussvaktaren (4.5% abv) is a pale ale which is S T U F F E D with hops. The result is a mild, very hop-aromatic beer suitable eg. as a thirst quencher after a tussle with the mower. Since the alcohol is relatively low, it is also suitable as a "session beer" which you can have several of without losing the sense. |

Äkta Slussvaktaren (4.5% abv) is a so-called Real Ale. The beer is filled into casks with a little bit of sugar. This procedure lets the fermentation start again to add a little bit carbon dioxide to the beer. We then dry hop the beer in the cask with Amarillo hops. |

Biskop Kol (6,2 % abv) is a black ale. Richer than a traditional stout and considerably stronger hopped. Amarillo hops are used both for bittering and aroma and the malt composition consists of light malt, two kinds of caramel malt, chocolate malt, black malt and wheat malt. The taste is a delightful mixture of coffee, dark chocolate, hops and a hint of licorice. |
